    If you use the 15% rule that some stand by then if she is 350 then her meal would weigh 52.5g nominally. The girth method is also an indicator. Here is a chart that is one by Jkobylka and one that floats around here... I think the list that is labeled from Justin and the ebb list show they are very similar in data...
