Those numbers are fine. I wouldn't worry about it.
I have similar issues in the warm months here in Texas. I actually turn off my rhp most of the year and only use them during cold snaps.
I do have uth as well but most of my snakes don't use it. Keeping the room at 77-83 works for them. In fact all my snakes have a heat source and usually none of them are using them when I check on them.
Another issue you can run into with rhp is when you stack the cages the rhp below can create a hotspot on the floor above. Using them you have to find the delicate balance.
