Frozen mice need to be heated before feeding to snake i would put it in a zip lock bag and put the bag in hot water to unthaw then try feeding, remember they go off body heat so make sure its nice and warm lol. As far as temps the warm side is good but the cool side should be a little cooler like 78-80 IMO. Good luck
