    Ruppel FireFly and Ruppel Pastels

These guys are from the pairing of my Ruppel line Pastel male to a Fire. Got three Ruppel Pastels and one Ruppel FireFly, all males. Third year in a row producing a new, or at the least new for the U.S., pure Ruppel line Pastel combo. 2015 - Ruppel Genetic Stripe. 2016 - Ruppel Calico. 2017 - Ruppel FireFly.

    The whole clutch.

    Thanks for looking,
    Chris Parson

Pretty snakes, but what differentiates them from your average Pastel?

Re: Ruppel FireFly and Ruppel Pastels

The Ruppel line pastel has a more orange hue to it and keeps it's coloration into adulthood. It's like the Citrus line of Pastel, which tend to stay more yellow. Here are some of the Ruppel's I've produced over the past could of years. I also don't mix my Ruppel Pastels into other lines, not like a lot of others have done and couldn't tell you what line they have. Selective breeding is a good thing sometimes.

Ruppel Genetic Stripe around 900 grams.

    Ruppel Calico.

Ruppel Het Yellow Hypo/Ghost around 700 grams.
