    Personally I'd just leave it alone. Enjoy seeing something unusual up close. Maybe get a picture with you standing a bit behind it.

    As far as danger goes, the guy has some friends with him and at least one seems to have a cellphone. It's pretty big, but it doesn't seem big enough to be a real threat to a group of adults. i.e. - not a Darwin situation
