Don't panic, from what I see it's not a lssues. It looks like his coloration. One of my females has those same spots,for years. Again I could be looking at something different. However I think you will be OK.

Yes, the red spots. One of my females has always had them. I don't think it's a burn, or anything like that. Some boas have a bit of pinkish red color on there undersides. Even on the uppersides as well. I think you will be fine. I would post a picture of my female if I were home to do it so that you could see what I'm talking about.
