My girls all tend to go into a period of heavy feeding for about two months out of the year. Many would eat twice a week if I let them. I have a couple that are capable of taking two mediums in the same feeding session during this period (I allow this on rare occasions when I have thawed too many). This elevated feeding is normally followed by a long fast and eggs.
