When I get stuck with leftover prey this small, I throw it into the backyard. Plenty of local wildlife will be happy to eat it and it doesn't go to waste.Originally Posted by Booper

Deborah, honestly I just don't want to waste them. It doesn't really sit well with me throwing out something that was once alive. Maybe that's just my soft side. I don't plan on making a habit of this, it's just this once because of the mix up. Thank you for that information though
