    Mites?

    Just got a elixir female and she has a few black specs on her scales , was ending if they are mites or just a discoloration? Maybe it's just a morph associated issue?

    Easy solution: Treat the snake for mites. It's a new arrival and personally I'd recommend treating it for mites anyway, as part of the QT process.
