They all grow at different rates but 95g would be a little small for 5 months.

Seems a bit small for 5 months, but by no means impossible. But, like stated above they all grow at different rates.

He has eaten well with us so far, should I feed him every 5 days to help him gain the weight or once a week?

I'd stick with once a week. Don't wanna overload him. Feed him appropriately sized prey and he will grow just fine

Thank you, I will bump to to the next size (the pups are too small) and stick to once a week
