Adding reptile vitamins to a BP's diet

So I have a few ways I think I can pull this off (I intend to give vitamins to my Lesser Pastel when she breeds to see if offspring end up with/without bug eyes).

1. Feed the rodents the vitamins. In this case, the best way would likely be to coat the rodents in vitamins and they'll clean it off, thus it will be in their guts when she eats them.
2. Injecting the rodent. Starting with a f/t and using a needle to inject the vitamins inside of them.
3. Dust the rodents. Similar to 1, but without waiting for them to clean it off, or just dusting a f/t
4. Adding the vitamins to the snake's water dish. This would work with a very light amount of the vitamin dosing a small amount of water, then just keep adding the vitamin water to the dish instead of fresh water.

I've never heard of anyone adding vitamins to a BP's diet, but I know some people do it for Rosy Boas. They dust thawed mice. No chance of those cleaning it off.
