Edit: BTW how often do u have to add water (if at all) in the spongey incubation? i like how clean this method is.

I don't add any water for the duration of the incubation. I place the sponges, place the light diffuser on top, and soak the sponges down until they're completely full. The method is very clean and easy :-)
