    Cover as much of the top as you can. Also, wrap the cardboard in aluminum foil or cling wrap, the unwrapped cardboard actually absorbs moisture.
    What substrate are you using?
    You can add some sphagnum moss, or even a wet sponge in a dish somewhere in the enclosure
