Awwwww they're kind of cute! Looks like their baby earthworms to me.
For more than you'd ever want to know about earthworms, here's a link:

Also, here's a picture of a baby earthworm for reference:

EDIT: curious, what are you using for substrate?

Ecoearth, sand, aspen, and dirt mixed together. In other words, bioactive substrate, good for holding burrows, and houses a fistfull of different critters that help take care of things in there. One of the types of critters I noticed in the dirt were worms (which is intentional), as well as roly polies (pill bugs, potato bugs, woodlice), millipedes, and centipedes (which I always try to remove but they're just impossible to be rid of).
Edit: Perfect picture and a dead match, thanks.

Love enclosures with bio-active substrates, and now the worms make way more sense lol
Glad I could help.

Thanks. I learned that with my sav. This time around, though, the proportions are right, leading to a much much much lighter substrate (50-70ish lbs) compared to the sav's 200lbs in 4/3rds of the volume. And because of the swimming area being somewhat larger than the dirt side, not to mention heated, the humidity is always high and I don't need to water the dirt to keep up the humidity.
