I was hoping it'd help with the dirt and I've been a tad concerned because I never found a poop from his last meal, so I did a brief lukewarm soak. I'll keep that in mind for next time though for sure, he went blue and cleared up, so now we wait. Hopefully the bath won't delay him much.
I wouldn't worry about him pooping between every meal, he will poop when he's ready. My snakes often won't poop for a meal or two, but it's always there when they shed.
