    It takes 30 min. I wait a bit longer because I use a lot.
    Go to Lowes. There are a couple DAP kitchen & Bath that say 30 min Dry time.

    It says it can be exposed to water in 30 minutes, but that it fully cures in 24 hours, can i still use it?

    Yes i wouldn't tell you to if you couldn't lol. A bunch of us use it on Tubs, Tanks and PVC enclosures. From sealing PVC to covering wires, to holding down water bowl holders.
    It will be under substrate anyway. Let it tack for 30 min and your G2G.

    Nice to see you're using a thermostat, most don't realize the importance. Next step is save your pennies and buy a Herpstat to control he heater.

    Haha you read my mind, Ive been looking at herpstats lately, i told myself that once the snakes grow out of those tanks they are getting them

    i finally got my glass tank working well (thanks again Mr. Sully) and have already recived my herpstat 2 for when my PVC cage comes in
