So, im getting these two things delivered tomorrow

Can I use this silicone to attach them to the enclosure? Also, the probe on the thermostat goes outside, right on the uth right?

Despite the drawing being informative and helpful, the color credit to Crayola is the best part

I hear hot glue is good for keeping the thermometer probe in place, because if you change it up later it's not too hard to peel off.

Correct . It's snake proof if you put enough down but can be removed by you and when required .

Before I saw this I was thinking about it lol. can I use the hot glue on the thermostat probe? I know its not gonna melt, it melts at 248°F. Also, do i put the glue all over the probes?

Thermostat probe will not need anything as it should be between the mat and enclosure......
