You should have either researched/googled some or reached out to someone on a forum or locally as soon as you got that snake.

Every animal, esp. reptiles, all have very certain needs. If you rescue one, you should make sure you provide proper care. Look up Dumerils Boas.

What kind of heat are you providing? If the heat and humidity is off, your animal can either get sick or act out.

Please tell us more about the setup. And what you are willing/able to change. There are great write-ups here on how to make glass tanks work. But you have to have proper heat and ways to control it (thermostat) and ways to check it (thermometers/temp gun).

I'm not 100% sure , but it looks like stuck shed on the head. Try to also post on the "Boa" sub forum, they will know more about that species.
I'm not completely illiterate to the fact of taking care of a snake I just was not for sure what type he was he does have a hide a bowl of water big enough for him so can if he wants to he also has asked him savings for his substrate since I have had he has doubled in size I make sure to feed him on a regular basis every two weeks a rat that is the proper size from the pet store I give him only fresh spring water or bottled water I do not give him tap water or well water that has chemicals in it I may be a newbie but he is probably being taken care of because my number one priority is my kids my snake my betta fish and my three hermit crabs I've had snake now Thor about six weeks and I have made sure to keep his temperature at the proper temperature
