To me, this sounds like a perfect time to follow the "eye for an eye" mentality. And unfortunately, I think alienpenguin is right. Because this is a snake and not a "cute, cuddly" pet like a cat or a dog, the repercussions will be minimal if they do happen to find the piece of excrement who did this. If they find this person I will head to Logan and fly myself to Miami and sew that scumbag's mouth and eyes shut myself!!
