One definitive thing with cinnamons is a very faded ocular stripe - yours doesn't have this and teh pattern looks wrong too, although if the photo is accurate then her coloration is in the direction of cinnamon. As already observed, she's a pretty normal. It does worry me that a 'breeder' can misidentify such a well know morph.
