Herp Society???

does anyone know of a place where i can go help out(w/reptiles)?WE dont have a herp society in md.my local pet shop owner is a jerk!maybe there is a herp society i dont know about?

we dont have one over here either but i help do the snakes shows at the zoo and yesterday i went and helped the breeder do a show at the college.It was 4 hours long !! lol but it was still fun.

herp societys seem really cool but i could do without one, after all i have bp. net !! that seems good enough

how do you get to help at shows?

I met the lady who does them (she is the breeder i got my corn snake from) and whenever i go to her house to get mice and rats we talk for a while and we are kinda like friends now so she asked me if i would like to help out and of course i was ALL OVER IT .Its so much fun, she does a show every month at the zoo and then she does alot of stuff on the side.

So if you know anyone like that i would try and get in touch with them or see if your local zoo has a reptile program that they need volunteers for.
