He ate!!

This was my first time feeding Cajun. He ate two fuzzies because they didn't have any small hoppers. He ate them pretty well. Im glade that he isnt a problem eater. I was only going to give him one fuzzie, but I thought to myself, that what if he didn't want to eat next week? This way he'll have two mice in him.

y dont u just feed him adult mice cuz they usually can eat them as hatchlings unless u got a runt.

because hes like a new born. Im going by what the a guy said whos experienced with snakes. And No, he isnt a runt. Actually, hes huge. I dont know why you think that they can eat adult mice as hatchlings, thats crazy dude.

Not quite sure. Im not even sure if its a he or she. lol. Ill try to get a measure mement when hes done dygesting his food, which will probably be sometime on tuesday.

It can be very surprising just how large a rodent a BP can swallow. Even fairly young BP's can handle small adult mice without too much problem. The general rule of thumb is to not offer them any prey that is larger than the thickest part of their body. You'll be amazed at just how much that skinny little "neck" stretches out to accomodate dinner.
