No. They will escape from these. If you want to switch to tub setups, just get some standalone tubs with locking lids. Make sure you get the ones you will eventually use in your rack so save some time/money.
Let me ask you a question, does plastic melt outside when it is 92* out?And wouldn't you be more worried about melting the snake at high temps?
