    100%. I sold all the hatchlings from my first clutch except one fairly quickly. It took me about a year longer to sell the other one. It had something to do with its feeding habits (or lack thereof) but I grew attached and kept her far longer than I should have. It made it hard to let her go.

    Right now I'm struggling with the idea of selling the first snake I ever purchased. He's a normal male ball python so he won't be useful as a breeder and I could really use the extra slot in the rack. I'm really struggling because I don't know if whoever takes him will take care of him like I do. I think I might offer him really cheaply to a good home that already has ball pythons and is knowledgable about their husbandry.
