Scab on head

I bought this 6 foot girl a few weeks ago and she had a spot of what looks like head rub, since I've had her home it's scabbed up and just looks really gross. Should I take her to the vet or will it clear up on its own?

It will clear up. If it gets raw again use Neosporin without pain relief. Takes a while with adults and several sheds.

Thank you Mr Sully! The only thing I'm worried about is infection. Here's another picture:


There's some redness around the scab but I don't know if that's just the color of her scales or from the general irritation of it..

Infection would've been when it was open, you're already in the healing process.
