    I wouldn't worry about it, especially if you haven't observed her soaking. She seems to be just cruising, trying to get comfortable during an uncomfortable process. I can't imagine shedding is anything less than uncomfortable. I got freaked out a few sheds ago when I noticed my King soaking prior to shedding, so I just added some moss and bumped his humidity a bit and all was good, perfect shed, phew!
    As far as the size of the water bowl, as long as they have access to it and can get partially in I believe you are fine.
