After mite trauma? Please help!
So I treated my collection with the Nix-Distilled water formula yesterday because I found 4-5 mites in the eyes of my Lesser Pinstripe and a few in her heat pits. Today I checked her out again and it would see that the mites are gone, or at least not prominently visible. But that eye with more mites doesn't look so good today. There is a part of the rim of her eye with a dark discoloration and the eye itself looks like a retained eye cap. Neither of these signs were visible yesterday. Here is a picture:

I want to assume that this is just a sign of the trauma caused by the mites and that her body will respond by healing up the traumatic tissues and this will clear up in her next shed. Meanwhile, I can't tell if this looks like the damn things just burrowed deeper.
If anyone has any feedback or guidance here, it would be greatly appreciated.
