    90-ish BP Not Eating

I bought a ball about four-five weeks ago and he still hasn't eaten and I'm getting a bit worried. He's just over 3 months old and he was 99g when I got him. For the past few days he's been wandering his cage more and during the day as well so I'm just assuming he's hungry. I tried feeding him on week 2 and 3 but he refused, just like today. I thought "maybe the mouse is too warm?" so I offered it to my other bp (that I got a week before this one and has eaten twice already) and he took it with no problem (Well, he dropped it to strike at my when I accidentally tapped the glass, then I threw it away.) The newer ball seems to just want to explore. I tried taking him out of his cage and feeding him with the fuzzy on a glove but he didn't seem interested in it. Is he just stupid?

I've also tried feeding him in both darkness and light. I tried leaving the fuzzy on the tank floor for a few minutes but he didn't care that it was there either.

Thanks in advance for your help

All that wandering (day and night) and refusing food makes me think he's probably stressed. I'd double check your husbandry numbers and make sure he has dark and secure hides to tuck into and feel comfortable. If there's anything different about the set up of your other ball python (the one that's eating), perhaps think about mimicking the difference in your new set up.

They have the same setup, hides from the same store, same substrate and everything. it was only in the last few days he started wandering but nothing has changed. It's weird, though. He's the friendlier of the two balls.

Whether the animal is housed in something similar to another of your animal or not and that it works for the other animal does not matter, it obviously does not work for this one.
