Try to find local groups in your state to sell on. I've had no issues selling my old enclosures. I generally sell mine for the same price I paid for it, used or not. It's still a better option than somebody ordering directly, waiting, then having to assemble.

I also found a guy in GA that builds PVC enclosures, so with AP being so backed up, I decided to go this route. I currently have two t3's but the specialty version with a basking shelf. However, I may sell the one with the sliding glass and get a 4 foot one built instead, but that's down the road when the rat snake outgrows it.

Aside I spent $935 for these cages:

    17w x 18d x 22h w/ 1 led puck light, 28w heat panel & lockable swing door.
    18w x 18d x 22h w/ 1 led puck light, 28w heat panel & lockable swing door.
    36w x 18d x 18t w/ 2 led puck lights, 28w heat panel, t8 18" fixture w/ dual lockable swing doors
    46w x 24d x 20t w/ 2 led puck lights, 40w heat panel, t8 18" fixture w/ lockable sliding glass

That's everything included, assembled, fixtures and all. The led puck lights will be remote controlled. The first two enclosures is for my squam and my venustus get here, then the baby squams I have coming, one will likely go in the exo terra that the current one is in. The 36w is for my Rhino Viper, and the 46w will be for my Naja.

I love AP, but the lead time is a bit more than I want to wait, so that's the only reason I went that route. I have one enclosure from PVCcages, but I can honestly say I'm not a fan, several small things I've noticed that I don't really like. One is that AP screws go in recessed so they don't stick out at all, you can up the torque and do this for PVC but then it doesn't look right to me. There are a few other things, but nothing major.
