Those look like injuries not a sickness. Id say you better see what she is pushing on in the enclosure thats scratching her scales off her head (Screen?) and cutting her scales... Sharp Hide/Sharp Climbing sticks ect...
As far as eating, she might be off feed, it's winter..how long have you owned the snake?
one year and she eating well
i got her a wood stick maybe it need to be more soft
...
but what about the weird thing between her eyes ??
Mr. Sully is saying that the scratches on your snake's head is likely due to rubbing her head on the screen or something else in the enclosure. Often adult bps go off feed during the winter so I wouldn't worry too much. Offer her food in a few weeks and see what happens.
What Kira said..^^^ those are missing scales on her head and it didnt just happen. Those are past scabbed over and look like there starting to heal already. Lucky she didnt get a infection. If she gets wounds (like near her belly in the pic) where its blood or cut please put antibiotic ointment on it to fight infections. Theres bacteria in the enclosure that could make things a lot worse. Make sure it is Antibiotic ointment only, no Pain Reliever. They can have a toxic allergic reaction to pain meds.
