would this reduce the chance of getting visual albino pieds?
so if i bred albino het red axanthic het pied to a pied het albino het red axthanctic would have the same chance of getting visual albino pieds as breeding an albino het pied to a pied het albino?

As I stated in another post recently, the odds for any one individual gene being passed along do not change based on the other genes in the mix. The only thing that changes is if the final products with the gene you are looking for will also include the other genes of the parents. So, yes, the chances are the same - you just might end up with some HRA or Super HRA thrown into the mix.
Is it the HRA thing that's confusing you? If so, think of it as any other incomplete dominant gene - like Pastel, Enchi, Fire, Mojave, etc.

ah ok thats pretty cool but do you know where i can see a picture of a red axhanthic or a het red axanthic albino pied as i cant see to find a picture any where lol

If they've been produced, Google is your friend. Somehow I doubt the double recessive with HRA/RA has been made though.
