As I stated in another post recently, the odds for any one individual gene being passed along do not change based on the other genes in the mix. The only thing that changes is if the final products with the gene you are looking for will also include the other genes of the parents. So, yes, the chances are the same - you just might end up with some HRA or Super HRA thrown into the mix.
Is it the HRA thing that's confusing you? If so, think of it as any other incomplete dominant gene - like Pastel, Enchi, Fire, Mojave, etc.
