I had that problem a little while ago, just give it a couple of days, if your humidity is good 65-70% it should come off, if the humidity is low (dont feel bad) get the snake in a container with lukewarm water for an hour (dont let it get cold or too hot) amd then take her out and help her a little bit with a damp warm towel ( let her rub against the towel) also, there is a product called shed-ease made by zilla and you can add it to the water, for me it worked really well, also, if the skin is moist after the bath and the towel doesnt work ive hear you can peel it (CAREFULLY AND SLOWLY) with your hands, but lets hear what other members say about that
