I believe it depends on the bananas as mine is faded and doesn't show much lavender but his 2 clutches he fathered the babies varied some were more vibrant colored while others were dull not very eye catching I guess but I'm currently raising up 1 baby I kept that did look better then any of the other and can't wait to see if his lavender color goes like the dad or stays
