Sand in bp mouth

Yea i just moved my pied up stairs with everyone else. So shes downstairs alone now. As far as her set up for now im getting a bit confused with how her humidity and everything should be for now...am i supposed to lower the humidity and temps till she sees a vet? Or what?

No, do not lower the temperatures !!!
If anything, you should bump them up a bit with a respiratory infection. Same with humidity.

However, if you have belly heat, you also don't want to make that to high and burn the poor girl.

Plus, at this point you aren't even sure yet what exactly the problem is with her.

Until you know more I would just keep her at the normally recommended temps and humidity, very clean environment (paper towels), low stress (hides, low light, little as possible handling)

Is she still sitting with her head up high ? Does she make any noises at all ? Is she yawning ? Bubbles at mouth ?

If possible, set it up to where you can watch her without her noticing it much. You want her to relax as much as possible, while being able to observe her as needed.

She isn't sitting how she was she just moved positions in the last hour or so. She is lifting her head up for a few minutes at a time now, hasn't yawned since I put her in the bath to wash all the sand off and I cant see any bubbles. She still has her mouth a little less than half way. I can hear a light wheezing every so often but I haven't heard it in the last couple of hours.

You could wait it out, but honestly, if you can afford it I would just take her to the vet. They can get a better look to see if she has a obstruction or a RI. And if they suspect a RI they can go ahead and take a culture while you are there.
While you have to wait on the result of the culture, they will probably start treatment with a "broad spectrum" antibiotic and adjust the meds as needed if that becomes necessary based on the culture result.

You can also ask about any possible eggs. They probably have a ultrasound machine or they could "feel" them.

I hate that the poor girl will go through more stress, but something is very obviously wrong and the sooner you start with meds, the better.

You could also ask if they can check for any "internal" nasties, such as worms or flagellated protozoan parasites (like giardia) . Not sure if they can, might depend on when that female last ate and if they can "swab" for it. She probably didn't have the best of care for a while and if she will get stressed at the vet, might as well have all bases covered while there.

Yea I just hope they have some openings. Finding an exotic vet around here is kind of hard especially with snakes... I have called so many before just so I have one, but a lot of them don't treat snakes for some reason. So there's only one option that is close by so I hope its not hard to get in there on short notice.

Yea I hate to make her get stressed out even more but she would hopefully feel better in the end. But I think she's as comfortable as she can be for now. Poor girl. It makes me even more sad because she's so sweet.

Yea i have some f10 but not a humidifier so if the vet cant get to her soon im going to try that and see if it helps until they can see her. I hope i can just take her in tomorrow but if not i think im gonna go buy a humidifier

Im pretty sure they have some at petco and petsmart. I use f10 to clean my tubs so thats handy. If i had a humidifier now i would try it out but ill just have to wait till morning and go from there
