Do all bananas lose their lavendar color as they mature?

Thank you for posting this! I'm really curious about the progression of coral glows. It seems there's so much variability... I'm hoping that mine will darken instead of lighten as I really love the lavender colour and freckles. I think it just looks so different!

This one is 8 months right now and he is holding his color. The lavender isn't quite as dark as the picture shows, but not that much lighter. I'm quite happy with how he is aging. This was right after he shed the other night.
