    Even if your house is already the cold side's temperature, it can fluctuate without you noticing. I suggest a thermometer for each side. I have a digital one on each side. Mine have both (humidity and temperature) on one screen. That makes checking temp and humidity very easy because I only have to glance at two screens instead of having 4 separate things to check. In a small enclosure, I can also imagine all these different and separate devices will clutter it quickly. Mine are tiny, stick to the inside of the glass and you can get them with probes as well so it doesn't measure the variables only where the devices are. I'm using them to measure ambient and have a probe running down for the substrate itself on the warm side. Check on amazon, there are plenty of different ones to choose from
