I wouldn't worry. Snakes poop when they poop. If you see the rear half of the snake start swelling like a balloon really bad, then you should probably worry. Otherwise, he'll poop when he's ready.
The best thing I have found to get a snake to poop if you are worried is clean their cage. The will poop within 1 day of that.
