It takes a lot of patience! Lol! I just held one until it calmed down, then set it down fora pic and held my hand over it until it stopped moving. Then you take a quick couple pics. For the ones with stones, I put glass stones in a glass bowl, put the snake in, then put a smaller heavy glass bowl over the snake upside down and walk away for 10 minutes. They calm down.
