    Is HGW allelic with lesser?

Simple question... In the most recent snakebytes video Brian says that lesser and hidden gene woma are allelic which would mean hidden gene woma is in the blue eyed leucistic complex. As far as I know this is not the case and all the information I could find about the topic said a soul sucker bred to a normal can produce soul suckers. I saw a few threads but nothing with concrete evidence (one thread on bp.net showed baby pictures but no pics of the parents as proof). So basically I'm hoping one of the forum members has tested this and can help answer this question for good.

I thought that maybe he had just misspoke so I commented "Hmm... are you sure hgw and lesser are allelic? Wouldn't that mean it's in the BEL complex?". He then commented on that saying "Yes I am positive. Allelic does not have anything to do with the BEL complex. Look at Super Stripes and Highways. When breeding a HGW to a Lesser you get Soul Suckers which are allelic." So according to Brian lesser occupies two different alleles... What gives?
