    Hopefully they reply. This is stuff that should be asked before purchasing the snake. I've seen baby dums being sold at shows who haven't eaten a single meal, and were just born a few days ago, which is totally unethical to sell.
    What size is her enclosure? Baby dums can be very shy, and you'll need to try the same steps as with a baby ball python (15qt/6qt plastic box, hides, etc) to get them to eat. If you do all this and they still don't eat, then you might need to assist feed.
