    Reptile bark / orchid bark tends to be more expensive than the ufgers presumably due to the extra quality
    That said I keep the used stuff and wash it in decent sized batches , soak in F10 for week or so , drain and dry out .

    Completely re-usable which is another good reason to use it IMHO as it makes it THE cheap option as well
