It just seems like no matter what I do I'm hit with a wall, I talked to my vet on the phone and she said a culture could take up to 2 weeks for a result. My snake could be much worse by then. I'm unbelievably stressed and I don't understand how this is so expensive either, a lung wash is like 100$ plus meds but she also wants to give her a look over witch is 70$

Yes vet care costs money. The longer you wait the bigger the bills get.

Many vets don't wait for results, they take the samples to culture, push broad-spectrum antibiotics immediately, and then switch if needed once the results are in.
