Young Ball Python possible IBD Please Help Me

I have two BPs Bubbles and Tootie, Bubbles is almost a year and Toot is around 6 months. Bubbles is completely healthy with no issues or concerns, Toot on the other hand worries me. When we got him he had stuck shed all over him a few baths cleared that up and he was alright for about a month or two. Now that he went in to shed again its gotten worse. His whole body was covered in stuck shed as if he didnt even try to remove it, when I took him out for a bath e was moving sporadically as if he were a snake I caught in my garden and not the usual calm ball python, then he pooped all over the place and it was wet like diarrhea and not solid like it should be, since than he has "peed" (not uriated stones, it was like wet pee) everytime we have taken him out and continues to be a freak out noodle. He has no troubles eating but occasionally exhibits "star gazing." His tank is right next to Bubbles which concerns me that Bubbles might catch it too. So has anyone else had anything like this happen to their snake? Or any ideas what it could be?

what's your husbandry like - temps, humidity and enclosure, etc? to me, it just sounds like u had a baby who received some bad care from the previous owner. sounds like u corrected some of it by removing old shed, but u continue to bathe the baby which is stressing it out. so it's stressed, moving sporadically, pooping and peeing everywhere. give it proper husbandry, let it shed on its own without bathing. only intervene if it already attempted shedding on its own and still has some stuck shed leftover.

also quarantine any new animal, meaning keep it away from your other reptiles, while u monitor it for health for anywhere between 30-90 days. i quarantine new animals for 90 days in a separate room with separate equipment. IBD is rare, maybe your new baby is just periscoping. but quarantine is still good practice no matter the source of your new animal or its health. I just helps u keep germs away from your established animals and pets.

I keep the temps balance with a good gradient hot-cool 90-75, the humidity could probably be a little higher but it shouldn't be causing issues like this. I keep him in the same conditions as Bubbles and Bubbles is thriving, That comment makes me feel a lot better though and it is probably due to stress, Bubbs is always chill be we call Toot our silly freakout noodle since hes a lot more skiddish and head shy, Im moving his tank else where and will bath him again tomorrow. But I have never seen stuck shed like this, like I said it was almost like he didn't even try to get the dead skin off.

Im hoping its Dysecdysis, could this be caused by a UVB Bulb? Should I try a different light with him

stop bathing the baby snake. it's stressing him out. has he tried to shed and there's stuck pieces on him? maybe just spray down his enclosure and bumping up his hudity would be better.

also u are asking for a diagnosis on your baby BP without any actual facts or pictures. that's really hard and internet people aren't really qualified for that.

Stop looking up snake diseases and just get the husbandry set up right. Put him on a substrate that holds moisture (like cypress mulch or coco husk) and give him a warm and cool hide. Then leave him alone for a while (we're talking weeks here). Only go in his cage to change the water, clean up a mess or to offer food on feeding day.

If you want piece of mind, find a good reptile vet and take him in and then heed their advice.

His shed comes off in tiny pieces, like a scale at a time in some areas, so maybe he is trying to shed but due to the skin being so brittle it just doesnt work

Then your humidity is not high enough. Can you get a pic of the setup? Maybe a video of the snake moving? You said tank so I'm guessing glass aquarium, how are you heating it, what's controlling your heat and how are you gauging temps? Stop bathing the snake also, there's no need for that at all and it might have a lot to do with why he is so unhappy about being handled.

Correct husbandry i.e. accurate temps and humidity plus a vet asap would be my recommendations...
Bathing and then low humidity is definitely no good for the outer conditions of their skin as well as being handled while their skin is the issue. Probably feels like wearing sandpaper...
