Thought I might pop in and post some personal wisdom. So I got 2 hatchlings recently, both sisters born 23 Aug 2016. I didn't have my scale when they arrived but the breeder weighed them before shipping, so those are the approximate weights I have to go off of. I feed every 5-6 days and this Wednesday I will be feeding them their last rat pup and bumping them up to small (29-31g) weaned rats. Hoping this will give you an idea on how bps will grow on rats as well as give you a better idea on what to plan for when ordering. Of course not all BPs are created equal, so there is no guarantee that yours will grow at the same rate mine have. I also order from Perfect Prey and I called in my last order and they were very helpful in setting me up to ship a large order to Alaska. I opened my smallest package of weaned rats and found a few good transition rats to feed, but you could probably ask specifically for a package of smaller range weaned rats.
