    THIS ^^^^^^^^^^ Only thing instead of a bag i would recommend using a tube sock( that of course doesn't have holes in it). Tie the top of the sock in a loop knot and put that down your shirt. Human body temp internally is 98.6F Translates to a good toasty ambient temp in the low to mid 90's when you factor in convection, evaporation and conduction.
