    I would just use a heat pack like for shipping snakes if you can get it. But if you just place him in pillow cases and in an insulated box he will be fine for a few days in the 70's. Cold snaps happen in the wild and as long as they don't dip too far below 40 they can survive particularly for short periods.

    the pillow case things is assuming you need to evacuate without his home.
