Do you mean the pinkish belly? Might be her going into shed.
If you are seriously worried, my advice is go to the vet. My vet charges $54 for an office visit. Not bad for piece of mind.

Re: Septicemia
Yes, and I don't think she is, it's quite sparratic and not all over like she would be in shed :/ it's mostly along the bottom half of her belly

My advice then is go to the vet. None of us here can diagnose a problem from pics. Not to sound mean. When in doubt, call the vet.

Re: Septicemia
I'm going to get her to the vet tomorrow... How long do blood tests usually take to come back

If you have a IR temp gun Id be interested in seeing what temps were created by your makeshift heater you used to transport you snake recently. Any chance of recreating it?

How long does it take for the burn to show up after she's been burned

That depends on the burn. The more heat the faster it will appear. With less heat and more time it may take more time to show.
Ever touch a hot stove and see the burn appear in that moment?
Ever gotten a little to much sun and had the burn show up later that day?
Kinda the same thing.

Re: Septicemia
It does look like a burn injury. A somewhat mild burn but still a burn. That's a gorgeous reptile too! I would certainly get the exotic vets opinion. I doubt that it's septicemia. What are you using to heat the enclosure and how do you regulate the heat?
