Thank you both for your help. Unfortunately, I am not able to afford it even with a payment plan. I do not have a steady job nor do I have the funds. I have been thinking about rehoming her to someone who can afford the cost of her care. Sadly, it seems like that is what I am going to have to do ;-; Thank you for the imputs.
