    Go to a craft store or a hobby shop and pick up some kind of kit. Some really fiddly model with a ton of parts, or a craft that's time-consuming. I recommend needlework-- embroidery or needlepoint or cross-stitch which takes a lot of concentration especially when you're just learning how to do it, or needlefelting which takes several hours per project at least.
